For maintaining good health one must guard against disturbances and ensure the above is in order. The SKY exercises are simple, yet powerful and have been formulated for all ages between 8-80 years. Through intense research and self-practice, Vethathiri Maharishi has come up with a set of exercises that cover the overall fitness and health.

Starting yoga can help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more relaxed. So go ahead and give it a try—you might just discover a new way to feel great!

I have a health condition. Can I still do yoga?

Of course! Simplified Exercises is incredibly adaptable and can be modified to suit various health conditions. It's like having a personalized toolkit for improving your well-being. By working closely with a SKY Professors, you can explore gentle movements, soothing breathing exercises, and mindful meditation practices that cater to your specific needs.

What equipment do I need for my home practice?

Just the basics! A yoga mat is key for comfort and grip. Beyond that, improvise! pillows make good blocks, a scarf can be a strap, and a wall helps with balance. Focus on feeling good, not having the fanciest setup

How do I know if I’m doing it right?

During our Zoom sessions and recorded videos, we'll guide you step by step through each pose. If you have any further doubts, you can reach out to our SKY Professors for clarification. Remember, focus on feeling your poses rather than achieving perfect Instagrammable alignment. Every body is unique, and your journey is about exploration, not conformity.
