What equipment do I need for my home practice?
Just the basics! A yoga mat is key for comfort and grip. Beyond that, improvise! pillows make good blocks, a scarf can be a strap, and a wall helps with balance. Focus on feeling good, not having the fanciest setup
How do I know if I’m doing it right?
During our Zoom sessions and recorded videos, we'll guide you step by step through each pose. If you have any further doubts, you can reach out to our SKY Professors for clarification.
